Ingredientes

  • ½ red or orange bell pepper, finely diced

  • A couple of sprigs of thyme, or 1 teaspoon dried
  • A couple of tablespoons of sherry, optional
  • Olive oil or unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
