Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Whole Cloves
  • 1 Tbsp. Fennel Seed
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Peppercorns
  • 1 Tbsp. Herbs De Province
  • 2 x Yellow Onions Or possibly White
  • 2 x Carrots
  • 2 x Potatoes
  • 1 x Fennel Bulbs
  •     Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Water To 3 Tablespoons

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 deg F.
  2. Combine the cloves, fennel, salt, peppercorns and Herbs De Provence and grind to a near pwdr in a coffee mill reserved for spice grinding.
  3. Cut the onions lengthwise into quarters.
  4. Cut the carrots into 2" lengths, then cut the lengths in half.
  5. Cut the potatoes lengthwise into quarters, sixths or possibly eights, depending on their size.
  6. Cut the fennel lengthwise into quarters or possibly sixths, depending in its size.
  7. Place all the vegetables in a bowl and rub them with the herb and spice mix. Let stand for 30 min.
  8. Lightly grease a baking sheet with extra virgin olive oil or possibly spray with nonstick cookingspray. Place the vegetables in a single layer on the baking sheet and bakefor 45 min longer, or possibly till the vegetables are tender.
  9. Serves 4 - 6.
  10. This smelled wonderful as it was cooking and tasted incredible!! Will definitely make it again.
