Ingredientes

  • 12 x portabello mushrooms, stems and gills removed
  • 2 x cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • 8 x sprigs fresh thyme
  • 3/4 c. extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. To Assemble:Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. On a baking sheet or possibly in a roasting pan, place mushroom caps cut side up. Sprinkle each cap with garlic slices and thyme. Generously pour over extra virgin olive oil to coat all caps and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven till tender.
  3. Remove from the oven and allow to cold. Remove garlic and thyme and reheat to serve.
  4. Yields 4 servings.
