Ingredientes

  • 1 x pizza crust mix, mixed according to directions
  • 1/2 x 12oz roasted red peppers, liquid removed, patted dry
  • 4 ounce blue cheese, crumbled or possibly sliced
  • 1 1/4 tsp fresh rosemary, minced, or possibly
  • 1/2 tsp dry rosemary, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest

Direcciones

  1. Bake crust before filling, cutting 5-10 min off the directions for baking a filled pizza, or possibly till a light golden.
  2. Cut red peppers into 1 1/2" pcs. Arrange a layer of red peppers on bottom of the tart shell. Top with crumbled blue cheese. Sprinkle with rosemary and lemon zest. Bake 10 more min at 375 degrees or possibly till cheese is melted and bubbly. Cold 10 min on wire racks. Remove from pan onto serving plate. Garnish with rosemary sprigs. Serve hot.
  3. NOTE: If blue cheese is not to your taste, you may substitute a milder cheese of your liking.
