Ingredientes

  • 2 can garbanzo beans - (15 ounce ea)
  • 1 jar Guiltless Gourmet roasted red
  •     pepper salsa - (16 ounce)
  • 1 c. frzn whole kernel corn thawed, liquid removed
  • 2 x green onions thinly sliced
  • 8 x lettuce leaves
  •     Fresh tomato wedges (optional)
  •     Sunflower sprouts (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Rinse and drain beans well; place in 2-qt casserole dish. Add in roasted red pepper salsa, corn and onions; stir to combine. Cover and chill 1 hour or possibly up to 24 hrs.
  2. To serve, line serving platter with lettuce. Spoon bean mix over top. Garnish with tomatoes and sprouts, if you like.
  3. This recipe yields 8 servings.
