Receta Roasted Shrimp Appetizer
Roasted Shrimp Appetizer
I just love shrimp in any form, but this particular way is my absolute favorite. I used 16-20 Tiger shrimp that were already peeled and deveined, they were frozen though, so thawing was the only time-consuming part of this “recipe”. Eat this as an appetizer or over pasta for an easy weeknight meal…
Roasted Shrimp Appetizer
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 -2 pounds 16-20 Tiger Shrimp-peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons horseradish
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the shrimp on a baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil. Mix to coat and sprinkle with the seasonings. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or just until pink, remove and cool. Meanwhile, make the sauce using the rest of the ingredients and put in a bowl in the refrigerator.
Shrimp can be served warm or cold.
