You're making a praline sauce here - just a couple of minutes will do the trick
Drizzle the sauce carefully over the apples and sweets
Roast the glazed sweets and apples a while longer
Baste the dish once to glaze the nuts
The finished dish is a treat - especially surprising to those who are tired of the same old sweet potatoes. As good as they are - this is outstanding!
