Robiola Bruschetta With White Truffle Oil

Ingredientes

  • 1 x French bread loaf sliced diagonally
  •     Garlic clove
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. Robiola cheese see * Note
  •     White truffle oil

Direcciones

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Grill bread on warm grill pan for 1 to 2 min per side. Remove from heat, rub with the garlic clove on one side and lightly brush with extra virgin olive oil. Place toasts on a foil-lined sheet pan. Top with the Robiola cheese and place under a preheated broiler till just melted, and bubbly. Remove from the oven, drizzle with truffle oil and serve immediately.
