Ingredientes

  • 450 gm Clams
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 6 x Chiles, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. Chili paste with soya bean oil, *
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 30 x Mint leaves
  • 4 Tbsp. Vegetable broth

Direcciones

  1. Wash clams in cold water, but don't open.
  2. Heat oil and stir-fry garlicand chili paste till fragrent.
  3. Add in clams, then fish sauce and sugar and stir to mix.
  4. Add in mint and stock, then cover. Cook till clams open.
  5. if chili paste with soya bean oil is not available, use Thai BBQ Sauce recipie.
  6. NOTES : I kid you not, this is the original name of this wonderful clam dish. Just make sure you get fresh clams!
