  • 336 gm selfraising flour
  • 84 gm margarine
  • 84 gm caster sugar
  • 112 gm sultanas
  • 1/2 tsp mixed spice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

MethodI Sieve flour into a bowl rub in margarine to resemble fine bread crumbs2 Add in rest of the dry ingredients3 Stir in egg and sufficient lowfat milk to make a stiff dough it is important not to make the mix too sticky 4 Place in small heaps on a greased baking tray 5 Bake in preheated oven
