Ingredientes

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 2/3 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup Dutch process cocoa powder
  • 3 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup roasted salted whole almonds, chopped
  • 1 cup miniature marchmallows

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F
  2. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch, 11x11 inch, or similar-sized pan.
  3. Cream together the butter, both of the sugars, baking powder, salt, and vanilla.
  4. Beat in the eggs.
  5. Stir in the flour, cocoa, 2 cups of the chocolate chips, and the almonds
  6. Pat the dough into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake the bars for 15 minutes, or until they are set around the edge but still soft in the center.
  8. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of the chocolate chips and the marshmallows
  9. Bake until they soften, about 3 minutes more.
  10. Remove from the oven
  11. Cool completely before cutting into bars
