Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb macaroni
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp butter, melted
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 3 c. sharp cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp salt

Direcciones

  1. Boil macaroni and drain thoroughly. Stir in butter and egg. Mix salt and mustard with 1 tbsp. warm water. Add in to lowfat milk. Add in the cheese, leaving sufficient to sprinkle on top. Pour into buttered casserole, add in lowfat milk, sprinkle with cheese.
  2. Bake at 350F for about 45 min or possibly till custard is set and top is crusty.
