Ingredientes

  • 16 ounce cavatelli pasta
  • 1/4 c. peanut oil
  • 3/4 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 10 clv garlic, thinly sliced
  • 12 ounce jar of roasted red peppers, liquid removed and coarsely minced
  • 10 ounce frzn French green beans, thawed
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh basil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions; drain.
  2. Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
  3. Add in the mushrooms and garlic, and saute/fry' for about 5 min or possibly till tender, stirring frequently.
  4. Add in the roasted peppers and green beans and continue cooking for about 5 min, stirring frequently.
  5. Add in the cavatelli, basil, salt, and pepper, and cook for approximately 3 to 5 min.
