Receta Rosemary Marinated Lamb Chops

- Mix crushed rosemary, thyme, black pepper, garlic pwdr, and salt in a bowl. Add in onion, orange juice, white wine, and 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil. Whisk together and reserve 1/2 c. marinade mix for later use.
- Place lamb chops in self-closing plastic bag; add in marinade. Turn to coat.
- Chill 30 to 60 min. Remove lamb from marinade and blot dry with a paper towel. (Don't remove onion pcs from chops).
- Heat remaining oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Place lamb in skillet. Sear one side of lamb approximately 4 min or possibly till well browned.
- Turn chops over and cook 4 min longer or possibly till desired doneness. Add in reserved marinade and simmer 2 min. Remove lamb to a serving plate. Pour reduced marinade over lamb.
