Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 1/2 tsp Spice Islands Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Spice Islands Rosemary
  • 2 lb New red potatoes, cut in half (or possibly quartered, if large)

Direcciones

  1. In blender or possibly food processor container, combine oil, mustard, garlic, paprika and salt; process till smooth. Add in rosemary; pulse on and off just till blended. In large bowl, combine potatoes and oil mix; toss to coat. Arrange in even layer in 13 x
  2. 9-inch baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 1 hour or possibly till tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
  3. Makes 4 servings
  4. NOTES : Pairs perfectly with a hearty roast or possibly chicken
