Ingredientes

  • 10 med Potatoes
  • 4 x 5 ml spoons dry rosemary, crushed
  • 1 x Wine glass of extra virgin olive oil, (extra virgin)
  • 4 x Garlic cloves, crushed

Direcciones

  1. Scrub potatoes in their skins and cut into four. Steam for ten min, then toss in extra virgin olive oil, rosemary and crushed garlic. Place the potatoes on a warmed baking tray and roast in warm oven for 30 min at 190 C/375 F/Gas Mark 5. Serve immediately, the outside should be crunchy.
