There is something about soft pretzels that I just can’t get enough of… maybe its the crisp exterior and tender chewy interior that is just snack time perfection. With these Rosemary Sea Salt Soft Pretzels the flavor really just fantastic. I love the earthiness of rosemary and those nice big pieces of sea salt not only enhance the pretzels flavor but add a great bit of texture. Plus, who wouldn’t love how easy this mix makes making gourmet pretzels right at home?!
It is as easy as mixing the pretzel mix and a beer {or any carbonated beverage} in a bowl, kneading it on a lightly floured surface for about 6 minutes, rolling, cutting, boiling and baking. These are so easy that my kids did most of the rolling and cutting {don’t worry, they used butter knives}. Easy and so delicious… you can’t go wrong!
Oh and besides these awesome pretzels, Boardwalk Food Co. also has 2 other craft beer pretzels flavors and 3 craft beer popper mixes available! I’ve got big plans for the Cornbread Popper mix friends so stay tuned for a recipe for that one as well! I’m thinking along the lines of a good ole fashioned southern dinner.
