Ingredientes

  • potato 120 gr
  • Claribied butter 5 cl
  • Seasonning

Direcciones

  1. Cook the potato in their skin in water , until half way cooked, leave to cool down.
  2. Peel the potato and shred it then place in a hot pan with clarified butter, form a nice and even round shape.
  3. Cook until golden brown on both side and cooked in the middle.
  4. Pat dry with paper towel and serve
