Ingredientes

  • 3 lbs margarine
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 3 Tbsp salt
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup crushed thyme (or 2 Tbsp powdered thyme)
  • 1/4 cup crushed basil
  • 1/4 cup crushed oregano

Direcciones

  1. Melt margarine with honey. Add all ingredients to blend. Cool.
  2. Pour over chicken to coat and marinate for at least 1 hour, making sure chicken is coated and in contact with marinade.
  3. Bake in the marinade.
