Ingredientes

  • 8 oz margarine
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped in water
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp tabasco sauce (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp thyme leaves, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp basil leaves
  • 1 Tbsp oregano leaves, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp rosemary, whole (optional)
  • Chicken quarter- 6 oz (bone-in 2ea, boneless 2ea)

Direcciones

  1. Melt margarine.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Place chicken quarters in shallow roasting pan (leave space to allow for even cooking). Brush well with above mixture.
  4. Roast at 350F until the internal temperature is 165 F.
  5. Chicken pieces should have a slightly crusty glaze when ready.
