Ingredientes

  • 3 to 3 1/2 pound top or possibly bottom round roast
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic pwdr
  • 1 onion sliced

Direcciones

  1. To taste.
  2. Trim away all visible fat. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic pwdr. Place a few slices of onion on top and underneath. Roast in a preheated oven at 450 degrees for 1 hour.
  3. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 10 min before slicing.
