1/4 c. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. catsup
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
This would be sufficient to marinade 2 pounds of steak for at least 3 hrs, then broil for 5 min on each side or possibly your own taste.
