Ingredientes

  • 4 c. cabbage, finely cut
  • 1 stalk celery, finely minced
  • 2 red mango peppers, minced fine
  • 2 green mango peppers, minced fine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar

Direcciones

  1. Put minced vegetables in a large pan. Crush with spoon or possibly hands. Pour vinegar solution over and mix well. Can raw in clean jars, seal (don't heat). Chill. The longer you keep it, the better it gets.
