Rueben Dip

In the mid 90's I had a monthly recipe featured in my company's old newsletter, the Unicourier. This recipe was featured in Dave's World in June 1996.

Ingredientes

  • 2 small (2.5 oz.) pkg Budding Corned Beef
  • 3/4 lb. shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 8 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 box of Pinah Original Crusty Bread Chips

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut the corned beef into small pieces.
  3. Mix the first 4 ingredients together and spread into a glass pie dish or 8 x 8 inch pan.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with Pinah chips
