Ingredientes

  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/4 c. light rum
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. minced pecans
  • 9" unbaked pie shell
  • 20 whole pecans
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large mixer bowl combine first 6 ingredients and beat 3 to 4 min. Mix in minced pecans and pour into unbaked pie shell. Place whole pecans on top in circular pattern. Bake pie 45 min. Remove from oven; cold. To serve, garnish with whipped cream. Serves 6 to 8.
