Ingredientes

  • 5-6 pound rump roast
  • Salt
  • ) cans tomato juice
  • 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato sauce

Direcciones

  1. Add in salt to the bottom of the pan you will use. Wash meat thoroughly in cool water. Put the meat in the pot (no water) and sear on all sides over a low flame. After searing, add in 2 cans tomato juice and 1 can tomato sauce. Raise flame so which the meat cooks. Cook 1/2 hour per lb. of meat.
