Ingredientes

  • 2 c. beets, diced
  • 2 2/3 c. water
  • Salt (optional)
  • 1 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. diced carrots
  • 1/2 c. diced onions
  • 2 c. beef broth
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • Lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Cook beets, carrots and onions in water for 20 min. Add in beef broth, cabbage and butter. Cook 15 min. Add in 1 Tbsp. lemon juice. Put in bowls and add in dollops of lowfat sour cream.
