Ingredientes

  • 1 c. plus 3 tbsp. heavy cream
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 envelope plain gelatin
  • 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Wash and hull berries and toss with sugar. Put them in a bowl and pour over the vodka, Triple Sec, rum. Chill.
  2. Mix together the cream, sugar and gelatin in a saucepan and heat gently till the gelatin is thoroughly dissolved. Cold till slightly thickened. Mix in the lowfat sour cream and flavor with vanilla. Whisk till the mix is quite smooth.
  3. Pour the mix into a serving bowl or possibly 3 c. metal mold. If you want to make individual servings, pour the cream into 6 small half c. individual molds. Cover and refrigeratetill set (at least 4 hrs).
  4. To unmold, dip the container in warm water till the edges just begin to liquefy. Invert the mold onto a serving dish and surround liberally with Strawberries Romanov.
