Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 c. shredded cabbage firmly packed
  • 1/2 sm onion thinly sliced
  • 1 c. cooked brown rice
  •     or possibly barley
  • 2 ounce crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/3 c. fresh dill weed chopped
  • 24 x wonton skin(s)
  • 1 x egg white
  • 1 c. plain nonfat yogurt

Direcciones

  1. Hearty and filling yet lowfat.
  2. Heat oil n heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add in cabbage and onion and saute/fry till tinged with brown, about 12 min. Transfer cabbage mix to medium bowl. Fold in rice, feta cheese and 3 Tbsp. dill.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Lay 1 wonton wrapper on work surface. Brush entire surface of wrapper with egg white. Press 1 generous Tbsp. filling in center of wrapper.
  5. Fold over dough, pressing opposite corners together to create triangle. Seal edges, pressing out air around filling. Repeat process with remaining wonton wrappers, egg white and filling.
  6. Boil ravioli in large pot of boiling salted water till dough is tender, about 8 min. Drain. Transfer ravioli to large bowl. Toss with 1/2 c. yogurt. Garnish with remaining dill and serve, passing remaining yogurt separately.
