Ingredientes

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 c. molasses
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. sour lowfat milk
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Cream sugar and shortening. Add in large eggs, mixing well. Add in molasses. Add in the dry ingredients alternately with lowfat sour cream. Bake in loaf pan at 375 degrees F.
