Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. Light brown sugar
  • 1 c. Minced walnuts or possibly pecans
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Spray a large rectange of waxed paper with vegetable oil spray. Combine the lowfat sour cream and brown sugar in a medium-size heavy saucepan, bring the mix to a boil over medium heat, and boil till it reaches soft ball stage (238 ) on a candy thermometer.
  2. Remove the pan from the heat and beat the mix till it is creamy (this can take a long time). Stir in the nuts and vanilla and drop by teaspoonsful onto the prepared waxed paper.
