%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20took%20me%20a%20little%20while%20to%20figure%20out%20how%20I%20wanted%20to%20make%20them%20so%20that%20I%20could%20include%20all%20the%20proper%20s%E2%80%99mores%20elements:%20graham%20crackers,%20marshmallows,%20and%20chocolate.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThese%20rolls%20turned%20out%20even%20better%20than%20I%20expected%20and%20were%20devoured%20by%20the%20boys%20and%20my%20husband.%20%20(I%20even%20got%20a%20text%20from%20my%20husband%20who%20told%20me%20how%20amazing%20these%20were!)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20started%20with%20my%20favorite%20cinnamon%20roll%20recipe%20which,%20by%20the%20way,%20can%20be%20made%20overnight.%20%20I%20slathered%20on%20Nutella%20%7Bswoon!%7D,%20and%20mixed%20graham%20cracker%20crumbs%20right%20in%20with%20the%20sugar%20and%20cinnamon.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENext%20were%20the%20marshmallows%20and%20a%20drizzle%20of%20butter.%20%20Yep,%20these%20are%20super%20low-cal%20;)%20But%20worth%20it%20%E2%80%93%20I%20promise%20you!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20let%20the%20rolls%20rise%20and%20the%20boys%20were%20just%20giddy%20with%20excitement%20at%20seeing%20those%20marshmallows%20peeking%20out%20the%20top.%20%20Who%20can%20blame%20them?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20marshmallows%20toasted%20up%20so%20pretty%20in%20the%20oven%20too!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENext,%20it%20was%20time%20to%20frost.%20%20I%20knew%20my%20go-to%20cream%20cheese%20frosting%20was%20not%20going%20to%20cut%20it.%20%20Not%20for%20s%E2%80%99mores%20cinnamon%20rolls.%20No,%20I%20needed%20a%20marshmallow%20frosting%20and%20this%20outrageously%20awesome%20marshmallow%20cream%20cheese%20frosting%20was%20born.%20So%20creamy%20and%20delicious%20and%20not%20overly%20sweet%20%E2%80%93%20which%20is%20perfect%20because%20these%20rolls%20have%20a%20lot%20going%20on.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20quickly%20realized%20that%20the%20marshmallow%20frosting%20needed%20some%20friends%20so%20a%20quick%20sprinkle%20of%20graham%20cracker%20crumbs%20and%20mini%20chocolate%20chips%20was%20the%20perfect%20finish%20to%20these%20rolls.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20only%20regret%20is%20that%20I%20didn%E2%80%99t%20double%20the%20batch.%20They%20are%20really%20THAT%20good.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEvery%20bite%20is%20packed%20full%20of%20s%E2%80%99mores%20flavor%20and%20the%20rolls%20themselves%20are%20so%20tender%20and%20sweet%20%E2%80%93%20the%20perfect%20way%20to%20celebrate%20s%E2%80%99mores%20week!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThere%E2%80%99s%20just%20a%20whole%20lot%20of%20love%20in%20these%20rolls!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESave%20your%20favorite%20recipes%20to%20your%20personal%20recipe%20box%20with%20the%20%20%20button%20on%20all%20my%20recipes!%20Create%20a%20Meal%20Plan%20out%20of%20your%20favorite%20recipes%20and%20the%20ingredients%20will%20automatically%20be%20added%20to%20your%20own%20Grocery%20Shopping%20List!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ES%E2%80%99mores%20Cinnamon%20Rolls%20with%20Marshmallow%20Cream%20Cheese%20Frosting%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFor%20rolls:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EInstructions%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFor%20the%20rolls:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMix%20together%202%20tsp%20sugar,%20warm%20milk,%20and%20yeast%20in%20a%20mixer%20bowl.%20Let%20stand%20for%20five%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBeat%20eggs,%20sugar,%20and%20salt%20until%20well%20combined.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20egg%20mixture%20to%20yeast%20mixture%20and%20whisk%20to%20combine.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%201%20cup%20of%20flour%20and%20continue%20mixing%20until%20smooth.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPour%20in%20the%20melted%20butter%20and%20mix%20well.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EContinue%20adding%20the%20remaining%203%201/2%20cups%20of%20flour,%201/2%20cup%20at%20a%20time%20until%20dough%20is%20stiff.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMove%20the%20dough%20to%20a%20greased%20bowl%20and%20cover%20with%20a%20towel%20or%20plastic%20wrap.%20Place%20in%20a%20warm%20area%20and%20let%20rise%20until%20doubled%20in%20size.%20Approximately%201%20hour.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMeanwhile,%20combine%20the%20brown%20sugar,%20graham%20cracker%20crumbs,%20sugar,%20and%20cinnamon.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOnce%20dough%20has%20risen,%20lightly%20flour%20a%20large%20cutting%20board.%20Punch%20down%20down%20and%20roll%20out%20to%20approximately%2012%20x%2016%20inches.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESpread%20on%20Nutella.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESprinkle%20on%20graham%20cracker/sugar%20mixture.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESprinkle%20on%20marshmallows%20and%20drizzle%20melted%20butter%20over%20the%20top.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStarting%20on%20a%20long%20side,%20roll%20up%20the%20dough%20up%20into%20a%20cylinder%20and%20pinch%20the%20edge%20to%20close.%20Cut%20the%20cylinder%20in%20half%20and%20then%20cut%20each%20half%20into%20five%20rolls%20for%20a%20total%20of%20ten%20rolls.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EButter%20a%209%20x%2013%20baking%20dish%20and%20place%20rolls%20in%20dish%20leaving%20a%20little%20room%20around%20each%20roll%20to%20allow%20for%20rising.%20Let%20the%20rolls%20rise%20for%20another%20hour.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20oven%20to%20375%20degrees.%20Bake%20rolls%20for%2020-25%20minutes%20until%20golden%20brown%20in%20color%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhile%20rolls%20are%20baking,%20prepare%20the%20marshmallow%20cream%20cheese%20frosting.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBeat
