Ingredientes

  • 125 x butter at roam temperatune
  • 125 x icing sugar sifted
  • 2 x Large eggs beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. double cream
  • 310 gm plain flour sifted

Direcciones

  1. Gently cream the butter and the sugar.
  2. Add in the Large eggs slowly mixing well.
  3. Add in the cream.
  4. Add in the flour all at once and mix to a smooth paste.
  5. Divide the dough in half.
  6. Wrap separately in cling film and store in the refrigerator.
  7. Serves 4
