Sag Paneer (Cheese Cooked With Spinach)

Ingredientes

  •     Indian cheese, cubed
  •     Tinned spinach
  •     Fresh tomatoes, cubed
  •     Coriander, finely minced
  •     Vegetable oil or possibly butter
  •     Garlic and ginger
  •     Onions, finely minced
  • 2 tsp Mixed curry pwdr
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tsp Tomato puree
  • 1 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Heat the oil or possibly butter in a pan then add in the garlic and ginger and cook till brown. Add in the onions and cook till brown.
  2. Add in the curry pwdr, garam masala, salt and tomato puree. Cook for 5 min, stirring, till all the spices are thoroughly blended.
  3. Add in the cheese, spinach and tomatoes and cook for 10-15 min. Add in water as and when needed to reach the desired consistency.
