Salad Dressing For Coleslaw

Ingredientes

1/4 c. vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp. sugar

1 egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 tbsp. butter

Direcciones

Mix vinegar, 1/2 c. water, salt, sugar and egg and mustard together. Place butter in small saucepan; heat over low heat. Add in vinegar mix; cook till thickened, stirring constantly. Cold.
