Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. oil and vinegar dressing
  • 1/2 c. tofu (4 ounce.), liquid removed
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Direcciones

  1. Serves 8. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place sunflower seeds in baking pan and bake 12 min, or possibly till very lightly browned. Remove from pan and let cold. In a blender, process dressing ingredients till creamy.
  2. Toss salad greens with 5 Tbsp. of dressing and garnish with apricots and sunflower seeds. Chill remainder of dressing for later use.
