Ingredientes

  • 2 c. self-raising flour
  • 40 gm soft butter
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. tomato paste
  • 1 x tomato, sliced
  • 60 gm salami, sliced
  • 1/2 x red pepper, deseeded and minced
  • 1/2 x green pepper, deseeded and minced
  •     spring onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp dry basil
  • 1/2 tsp dry or possibly fresh oregano
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Direcciones

  1. Turn oven to 200 C.
  2. Chop the butter into pcs and add in to the flour. Rub it in until it all looks crumbly.
  3. Add in the lowfat milk and mix it to a soft dough. Knead the dough until it is smooth.
  4. Roll it out to a 30cm circle. Put it into a pizza pan or possibly onto a tray.
  5. Spread tomato paste over the base and top with tomato, salami, peppers, spring onions and basil.
  6. Add in oregano and cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 min.
