Ingredientes

  • 8 x skinless, boneless chicken breast halves or possibly two thin sliced boneless roaster breasts
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt or possibly to taste
  • 1/4 tsp grnd pepper
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 3/4 tsp chopped, fresh sage or possibly 1/4 tsp. dry
  • 3/4 tsp chopped, fresh rosemary or possibly 1/4 tsp. dry
  • 3/4 tsp chopped, fresh thyme or possibly 1/4 tsp. dry
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. Sauterne wine
  • 8 slc mozzarella cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. On a sheet of wax paper, combine flour, salt and pepper. In a shallow bowl beat Large eggs. On a separate sheet of wax paper combine bread crumbs and seasonings. Dip chicken in flour mix, then Large eggs, then crumb mix. Roll and secure with toothpicks. Place in large shallow baking pan. Pour melted butter over chicken. Cover and bake for 20 min. Remove cover. Pour Sauterne over chicken. Bake, uncovered, 30 min more. Fold slices of cheese in half; place one on top of each roll for last 3 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
