Ingredientes

  • 2 to 3 c. brown gravy
  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 to 3 potatoes, cut up into sm. pcs
  • 4 gingersnaps, crushed
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. wine vinegar

Direcciones

  1. Combine 1/3 c. gravy with the next 4 ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Shape into 4 patties. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min; drain. Arrange potatoes around patties. Combine remaining gravy with remaining ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Pour over patties and potatoes. Bake covered for 20 min longer. Yields: 4 servings.
