Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd round
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. onion, minced
  • 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms or possibly 1 (2 ounce.) can
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 beef cube

Direcciones

  1. Combine meat, pepper, salt and bread crumbs. Shape into 3 of 4 plump oval patties. Pan fry in warm oil 4-6 min each side. Remove patties to hot plate. Pan fry mushrooms in the drippings.
  2. Add in flour to drippings in pan. Stir. Add in water and bouillon cube. Cook till mix boils and cube is dissolved and sauce is thickened. Pour over patties.
