Receta Salisbury Steak Sliced Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 2 large potatoes, sliced thin
- 1 pound lean grnd beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 sliced bread, cubed
- 1 c. stewed tomatoes, canned
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Combine beef, onion, bread cubes, 1/2 of tomatoes, salt and pepper, shape into oval patties. Arrange potato slices in a greased oven casserole dish, dot with butter. Arrange meat patties over potatoes. Bake 20 min. Pour remaining tomatoes over meat. Continue baking in 350 degrees till potatoes are tender and meat is done. About 10 min. Serve 4 to 5 people.
