Ingredientes

  • 2/3 c. shortening
  • 2 2/3 c. sugar
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 c. pumpkin or possibly cushaw
  • 2/3 c. water or possibly orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 3 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoon soda
  • 2/3 c. raisins
  • 2/3 c. minced nuts

Direcciones

  1. Cream shortening and sugar. Add in Large eggs, water and pumpkin or possibly cushaw. Sift in dry ingredients. Stir in nuts and raisins. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Better if aged a day or possibly two.
