Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce uncooked linguine pasta
  • 2 c. sugar snap peas
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 lb Salmon fillet (or possibly one 15-ounce. Can Bumble Bee salmon)
  • 1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
  • 3/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp each of Thyme and Rosemary
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 1/4 c. heavy cream

Direcciones

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, adding sugar snap peas during the last 3-4 min. Drain. Bake salmon, flake, and set aside. In a large skillet, heat butter, add in mushrooms and onion; saute/fry 3 - 4 min. Whisk together broth, flour, salt and herbs; add in wine and cream; gently stir in salmon. Cook till heated through. Serve over pasta and snap peas.
