Ingredientes

  • 1 box frzn green peas (10 ounce.)
  • 2 lrg limes
  • 8 ounce medium shell pasta
  • 10 ounce fresh matchstick-cut carrots (1 bag)
  • 1 can corn kernels (12 ounce) liquid removed
  • 1 bn radishes thinly sliced
  • 1/3 c. reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/3 x fat-free lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 14 3/4 ounce red salmon (1can) not liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Place peas in colander in sink.
  2. Grate 1 Tbsp. peel and squeeze 1/4 c. juice from limes.
  3. Cook pasta as directed on pkg. Pour over frzn peas in colander to drain. Briefly place under cool running water to cold slightly.
  4. While pasta cooks, put remaining ingredients except salmon in a large bowl. Toss to mix well. Add in salmon with liquid, and pasta and peas. Toss gently to mix and coat.
  5. SERVES 6
