Receta Salmon And Rice Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 c. Minute Rice
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 can Salmon
- 1/2 x Lemon , Juice of
- 1/2 c. Grated Cheddar Cheese
Direcciones
- Cook Minute Rice according to instructions. Heat butter and add in flour. When mixed well, gradually add in lowfat milk. Cook till thickened. Sprinkle lemon juice over salmon. Layer rice, salmon, white sauce and cheese in 9 x 13" greased pan. Bake in 350 oven for 20-25 min.
