Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 pound can salmon
- Salt & pepper
- 3 c. cooked rice
Direcciones
- Combine parsley, onion, lemon juice and lowfat milk. Beat Large eggs and add in to mix. Then add in salmon, seasoned with salt and pepper. Place layer of rice in greased ring mold. Cover with 1/2 salmon mix. Repeat. Place in pan of warm water and bake in moderate oven, 325 degrees for 1 hour.
