Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Asparagus, cut into 1-inch pcs (about 2 c.)
  • 1/4 c. Sliced green onions (2 to 3 medium)
  • 1 1/2 c. Shredded Swiss cheese (6-ounce)
  • 1 can (6.125-ounce) salmon or possibly tuna, liquid removed and flaked
  • 1 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Bisquick original baking mix
  • 1 1/2 tsp Minced fresh -or possibly-
  • 1/2 tsp Dry basil leaves
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper

Direcciones

  1. HEAT oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10x1-1/2 inches. Sprinkle into pie plate in order listed: asparagus, onions, 3/4 c. of the cheese and the salmon.
  2. BEAT remaining ingredients except cheese in blender on high speed about 15 seconds, or possibly with wire whisk or possibly hand beater about 1 minute, till smooth.
  3. Pour over salmon.
  4. BAKE 40 to 45 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Immediately sprinkle with remaining 3/4 c. cheese. Bake about 2 min longer or possibly till cheese is melted. Let stand 10 min before serving. 6 to 8 servings.
  6. NOTE: 1 package (10-ounce) frzn asparagus cuts, thawed and well liquid removed, can be substituted for the fresh asparagus. Decrease lowfat milk to 1-1/2 c. and increase baking mix to 1 1/4 c..
