Salmon Baked With Brazilian Rub

Ingredientes

  • 4 x Salmon fillets, 5 to 6 ounce each
  • 1/2 lrg Orange, zest and juice only
  • 1/2 lrg Lemon, juice only
  •     Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
  • 1 lrg Garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted

Direcciones

  1. In a shallow dish large sufficient to hold the salmon, combine the juices salt and pepper. Add in the salmon, turning to coat with the marinade.
  2. Let marinate at room temperature for 20 min, turning the fillets once.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a shallow baking pan with aluminum foil and grease with a little of the melted butter. In a small dish, combine the orange zest, brown sugar, chili pwdr and chopped garlic. Rub the marinated salmon with the brown sugar mix.
  4. Place in the pan and drizzle with the remaining melted butter.
  5. Bake for 8 to 12 min.
