Ingredientes

  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. finely minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon dill weed
  • Dash of salt, pepper & garlic pwdr
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce.) can red (or possibly pink) salmon
  • 3 tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/4 c. minced walnuts

Direcciones

  1. In a small mixer bowl at medium speed. Beat cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, smoke, dillweed, salt, pepper and garlic pwdr till well mixed. Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bone.
  2. Beat into cheese mix at low speed till well blended. Refrigeratetill hard sufficient to handle. Shape into ball with wet hands. Pat surface with parsley and nut mix. Cover and chill. Serve with crackers.
