Ingredientes

  • 4 x pcs of fresh salmon filet ( about 1 lb )
  • 16 x pcs of phyllo pastry sheets
  • 1 stk melted butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 lrg ripe mango, coarse minced
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise, maybe a bit more if you like
  • 2 tsp curry pwdr or possibly to taste
  • 1/2 c. toasted minced walnuts ( optional )

Direcciones

  1. Make the mango curry sauce by combining ingredients and refrigeratewell. To prepare salmon: salt and pepper pcs. Lay 2 sheets of phyllo on flat surface and brush with melted butter. Add in 2 more sheets and brush with melted butter. Place 1/4 of mango mix in middle of phyllo several inches up from bottom edge. Place on salmon. Fold ( roll ) phyllo over salmon and tuck under edges. Repeat for 3 more servings. Place salmon pastries into a buttered baking pan and brush tops of pastry with more melted butter. Bake 400F about 25 min or possibly till pastry is golden brown.
